- Medical Checkup
Because the novel coronavirus infection is expanding in Tokyo area, we canceled the medical checkup scheduled on March 28th, and 30th.
For those who have not undergone the medical checkup, when you come to Komaba campus to receive your student ID card:
Between March 30th and April 1st
Submit QR codes of competed web medical questionnaire and other required documents for medical checkup. We do not hold medical checkup during this period. Don't bring urine sample tube. Wear a face mask.
April 2nd (Situation may change. Check this page just before you leave home on April 2nd.)
Come to the medical checkup site (#62-a of the campus map) between 9:15 and 11:15 or 13:00 and 15:00 regardless of the checkup schedule that is postmailed to you. Bring competed web questionnaire QR codes, other required documents and urine sample. If your designated time for student ID card issue is from 14:00, come to checkup at 13:00. Wear a face mask. If you are sick, don't come. If you feel really sick, seek medical care. If you don't know what to do, feel free to call us.
