  • <July 4, 2022> UTokyo COVID-19 booster vaccination program ended.

1. Vaccination dates, Location update 2022/7/4
　　March 1st, 2022 - July 1st, 2022.
　　Weekdays until May 6th. (closed on holidays)
　　May 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 27th, June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, July 1st.
　　@Sanjo Conference Hall (NOT the Tatsuokamon Annex), Hongo Campus

2．Eligibility

3. Vaccine manufacturer: TAKEDA/Moderna (Read thoroughly this document in advance of application. Six months interval is necessary after the second dose.)

4. Application: Reservation required.

  • Information for reservation will be notified to those who belong to the eligible organizations from their responsible staff. Contact your organizations if you have any questions.

5. Preparation on the day of vaccination

6. Inquiry: Non UTokyo members who are informed of about this program should contact to the person in charge in your organization.
