Apology for errors in the results of the medical check-up for some faculty and staff members

We would like to thank all members of the university for their understanding and cooperation with the operations of the medical check-ups. We would like to report that there was an error in some of the results for the medical checkup that had been uploaded and made available on the “人事情報MyWeb” prior to June 24th.
The results of the medical check-ups for faculty and staff members who were examined between April 1st to May 18th, 2021 were made available on the “人事情報MyWeb” by June 24th. It is later found that the ALP・LDH categories in the blood test were evaluated using standard values for the old test method that was in use until last year. However, the actual values for the ALP and LDH of all faculty and staff members are correct and it has not affected the manner of contacting members who need immediate attention.
The “人事情報MyWeb” has been updated on July 14th and the results using the by the new standard values are now available. Please check your medical check-up results if you had already seen the result of the medical check-ups from April before July 14th, 2021.
We would like to once again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will continue to work on the appropriate implementation and improvement of the health center's various services, including the medical check-ups, and look forward to your continued support.
