To support our university’s Healthy Campus initiative, UT Health Service Center has created an original character.
We are pleased to announce that we received over 1,000 submissions for the naming of our new mascot. We sincerely appreciate your enthusiastic participation. After careful review, the official name selected for the character is “Ichomaru（いちょまる）.”
Ichomaru will appear in various notices and materials within the Health Center, and we hope you look forward to seeing more of the character in the future.
All individuals who submitted name proposals for “Ichomaru,” including those written in kanji or katakana, will receive a special character key holder (exclusive version for name contributors).
