※There has been a change in the schedule for the health check-up between September and December.
The following newly hired employees should take this check-up:
- 1) full-time employees and fixed-term project employees
- Fixed-term project employees are those who have a fixed-term contract with a contract period of one year or more, and those who are expected to be employed for one year or more upon renewal of a fixed-term contract. (In the case of who will be engage in specific work, the period shall be read as 6 months.)
- 2) part-timer employees who work 29 hours or more per week, AND, whose term of employment will be for more than a year
- 3) part-timer employees who work 29 hours or more per week, whose term of employment will be more than 6 months, AND who will be engage in special jobs (you will be informed individually for this.)
- *Those who have taken our health check-ups within the last fiscal year will be exempted.

Reservations made through the website are required.
