Persons required to take this health check-up are as follows:
New and re-registered staff handling radioisotopes/radiation.
Those who are necessary to undergo the health check-up based on the regular RI questionnaire

*1: Must be registered in UTRadMS.
*2: Must have answered the regular RI questionnaire from the above system and have been determined as "subject to health check-up".
What to bring for Health Check-up:

*If you do not bring the Check-up sheet with you, you will not be able to take the check-up.
Please note the following points on the Health Check-up:
‣ Check-up sheet :
・Check-up sheet needs to be prepared on UTRadMS, which can be accessed from UT-net or UTokyo VPN.
・Please read the notes carefully and make sure to print it out so that it fits an A4 size paper. It is important that the barcode in the upper left corner is readable and that it can record details of the medical examinations. Bringing a screen display or inappropriate Check-up sheet will not allow you to receive the check-up.
・If you are unable to print, please contact the person in charge of your department in advance. This link is in Japanese only.
‣ blood test :
・Eating and drinking does not affect the results of the blood test of RI check-up.

Reservation site
Please make sure to book your reservation at least 3 days in advance of the day of your desired Health Check-up.
You will not be able to make a reservation after the deadline.
*Reservations will begin from 24th March.
How to access the results
Please use the system to view your health check-up results from September 2022 onwards
Those who requested the unification of common IDs can verify as a faculty or staff member from February 28, 2024.

If an abnormal value was reported in your result, please consult a doctor.
If you do not have your family doctor, you can consult our internal medicine department.
