Health Check-up for Newly Hired Employees

The following newly hired employees should take this check-up:

• 1) full-time employees and fixed-term project employees
• Fixed-term project employees are those who have a fixed-term contract with a contract period of one year or more, and those who are expected to be employed for one year or more upon renewal of a fixed-term contract. (In the case of who will be engage in specific work, the period shall be read as 6 months.)
• 2) part-timer employees who work 29 hours or more per week, AND, whose term of employment will be for more than a year
• 3) part-timer employees who work 29 hours or more per week, whose term of employment will be more than 6 months, AND who will be engage in special jobs (you will be informed individually for this.)

• *Those who have taken our health check-ups within the last fiscal year will be exempted.

Applications for check-ups should come to us through your department.

■ Making a reservation and completing the questionnaire

Reservations made through the website are required.
