The reservation and medical questionnaire site for the 2020 regular medical check-ups for staff and faculties will be opened as follows:
・September 8th for the Hongo area
・September 23rd for the Komaba area (Change from the previous schedule)
・September 10th for the Kashiwa area
Please note that there will be a high rate of access immediately after the reservations open and there may be some difficulty in connecting to the site.

- For the medical examination in 2020, the number of people that can book for a particular reservation slot will be limited to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection.
- Therefore, the medical check-ups up to the end of the year will be prioritized for the “Health Check-up for Newly Hired Employees” and “Medical Examination for Those Engaged in Specified Work Content”.
Therefore, the number of available slots for those who are only required to have the "regular medical check-ups" other than those mentioned above, will be reduced this side of the new year, but we plan to secure more slots after the new year. If you cannot make a reservation before the end of the year, please wait for a while.
We are currently arranging additional schedules other than those listed in the schedule enclosed in the medical check-up documents.
- You do not have to answer the web questionnaire at the time when you make the booking. If the reservation site is busy please answer the questionnaire at a later time. (The entrance to the site with the questionnaire is on the reservation site even if you decide to answer the questionnaire later.)
- Please note that the schedule may change depending on the situation regarding the spread of the novel coronavirus.
