The official opinion of the occupational physician at the University of Tokyo concerning the assessment of fitness for work are given based on the results of your health check-up. Those that have the comment “就業措置等を検討する必要がありますので、産業医にご連絡ください”, the occupational physicians have to judge your assessments of fitness for work and inform you and your workplace of their official opinion from a health viewpoint based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act.
