Group-I Students Health Check-up

Health check-ups are conducted in accordance with the School Health and Safety Act, the Act on the Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients with Infectious Diseases, and other related laws.
You are required to undergo the check-up within the designated period each academic year.

Online Medical Questionnaires and Reservations are required.

1. Applicable students

①PEAK Students admitted September 2025
②Master’s program students, doctorate program students, professional degree program students, and undergraduate students enrolling into the third year
  ・Admission from June 2025 to the end of May 2026

2. Please bring following to the Health Check-up

Student ID Card / UTAS “Student Info” screen

A few "General slots" have been set aside on each campus for those who have difficulty taking health check-ups as a large group, those who can only take a health check-up on a specific day, those who wish to be able to change alone, or those who are injured and have difficulty moving around at the pace of others.
This “General slot” is open to all regardless of gender and the time required for the health check-up will be slightly longer.
Due to the limited number of slots available, we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that those who are in absolute need of such considerations can be seen in those slots.
The operation of this slot may be changed or cancelled in the future.

*If you would like to substitute health check-up results from an external medical institution.
Using health check-up results from external medical institutions as a substitute.

*If you are unable to undergo the health checkup during the designated period due to unavoidable circumstances—such as studying abroad, taking a leave of absence, immigration issues, or attending courses or conducting research at a distant research facility—please contact the Hongo Health Center promptly after those situations are resolved.
