1. Applicable students
Senior Division students, Master’s program students, doctorate program students, professional degree program students, and undergraduate students enrolling into the third year, Research students, Auditing students:
Admission from June 2025 to October 2025
＊Students who took this academic year's Students Health Check-up (Spring) may skip the Group-Ⅱ Students Health Check-up (Autumn).

You can make a reservation for schedules on campuses that you do not belong to.

A few "General slots" have been set aside on each campus for those who have difficulty taking health check-ups as a large group, those who can only take a health check-up on a specific day, those who wish to be able to change alone, or those who are injured and have difficulty moving around at the pace of others.
This “General slot” is open to all regardless of gender and the time required for the health check-up will be slightly longer.
Due to the limited number of slots available, we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that those who are in absolute need of such considerations can be seen in those slots.
The operation of this slot may be changed or cancelled in the future.

5.Venue and Date
＊ Please refer to the information provided here if you would like to use the results of a health check-up results from an external medical institution as a substitute.
＊Please contact the Hongo Health Service Center if you are unable to attend the check-up during the dates because of justifiable reasons, such as hospitalization, studying abroad, taking leave of absence or working at one of the distant research facilities, etc.
