【Supported browsers】

‣Microsoft Edge
‣Google Chrome
‣Chrome with AndroidOS 7.0 or above
‣Safari on iOS 13 or above

* The application may not display / operate as normal if you access using a browser, smartphone, or tablet other than those listed above.
* The guide and image display may differ depending on the browser type and screen size.

【Browser settings】

‣ Enable JavaScript
‣ Enable cookies
‣ Unblock pop-ups

* If these are not enabled, the application may not work properly..
* If disabled, please follow the steps below to enable it before logging in.

 <Enable JavaScript>

If JavaScript is disabled, the following message will be displayed at the top of the page.

* The image is an example. It may differ from the actual one.

・For Edge (Windows 10)

  • 1. On the More menu (...), select Open with Internet Explorer.
  • 2. Click Tools > Internet Options.
  • 3. Click the Security tab > Custom Level.
  • 4. In the Scripting section, click Enable for Active Scripting.
  • 5. In the dialog box that displays, click Yes.

    ・ For Chrome

    • 1. Click the wrench icon on the toolbar.
    • 2. Click Options > Under the Hood.
    • 3. In the Privacy section, click Content settings.
    • 4. Scroll to the JavaScript section and click Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended).
    • 5. Close the Options tab and refresh the browser.

    ＜Enable cookies＞

    If cookies are not enabled, the application may not work properly.
    If disabled, follow the steps below to enable them before logging in.

    ・For Edge (Windows 10)

    • 1. In the Edge window, select More (...) > Settings > View advanced settings.
    • 2. Scroll down to Cookies, and select Don't block cookies

    ・ For Chrome

    • 1. In a Chrome window, do one of the following:
          ・In the browser address box, enter chrome://settings/content.
      　OR
      　・On the Chrome menu, select Settings > Show advanced settings, and then under Privacy, select Content settings.
    • 2. In the Content settings dialog box, under Cookies, make sure Allow local data to be set (recommended) is selected.
    • 3. Select Done and refresh the browser.

      ＜Unblock pop-ups＞

      If you are blocking pop-ups, you will not be able to make appointments for the medical examinations.
      Follow the procedure below to cancel.

      ・ For Edge (Windows 10)

      • 1. In Edge, go to Settings and more at the top of your browser.
      • 2. Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
      • 3. Under All permissions, select Pop-ups and redirects.
      • 4. Turn on the Block (recommended) toggle.

      ・ For Chrome

      • 1.Click "Settings" in the menu on the upper right.
      • 2.Under “Privacy & Security”, click “Site Settings”.
      • 3.Click “Pop-ups and redirects”.
      • 4.Check “Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects”.
